1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and legowin ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the legowin website located at https://legowin.lat, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any services or products offered therein (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

By creating a legowin account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements as described in Clause 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any associated service.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the full range of legowin services — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must first register an account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. legowin strictly prohibits gambling by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only hold one legowin account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated on duplicate accounts will be voided.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your legowin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify legowin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• legowin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security or have shared your credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access funds. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a security breach to us in writing.

legowin employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security monitoring systems to protect the integrity of your account. However, no digital system is entirely immune to risk, and we encourage all players to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the legowin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players depositing in other currencies may be subject to exchange rate conversions at prevailing market rates, with any applicable conversion fees borne by the player.

Accepted Payment Methods: legowin supports a range of local and international payment options including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, FPX online banking, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• legowin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. This does not constitute a delay on our part if such checks are mandated by our compliance obligations.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed with your payment provider without first contacting legowin support are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported immediately. legowin cannot guarantee recovery of funds deposited using incorrect account details.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

legowin periodically offers bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. legowin reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of the offer is suspected.

6 Betting Rules & Game Integrity

• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with legowin's official settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of legowin's trading team is final.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or RNG patterns is a prohibited activity and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all legowin players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one legowin account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading with respect to sports events or casino games;
• Laundering funds through deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (bonus abuse);

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

legowin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never become a source of financial or emotional harm. In keeping with this commitment, legowin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the legowin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of legowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of legowin.
• The legowin name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any legowin trademark is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, legowin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or communication line failures;
• Theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to your account or records;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform;
• Events beyond legowin's reasonable control, including force majeure events, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party service outages.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Privacy & Data Usage

legowin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Verify your identity and maintain your account;

All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims raised outside this window may not be considered.
